HY916 is a high-performance programmable PD Type-C controller. It has a highly integrated, programmable internal feedback compensation. HY916 integrates N-MOSFET load switch and DC bus discharge MOSFET. Its internal ASIC design handles various proprietary protocols through D + / D- interfaces and supports Type-C USB PD via CC1 / CC2 pins. The built-in TYPE-C protocol of HY916 supports the automatic wake-up system when the TYPE-C device is inserted. It automatically achieves identification of plug in and out, charging/ discharging attributes of the devices.
HY916 is a highly integrated design with few external components. It provides high reliability of the system by integrating various functions and protections.
