DESCRIPTION

     The ANX6652 is an integrated power supply solution with I2C interface which is optimized for small to medium size thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCD). It operates with high conversion efficiency from light load to heavy load and is suitable for battery applications.

     The synchronous boost converter provides the regulated supply voltage for the panel source driver ICs.The programmable switching frequency ranges from 600kHz to 1.2MHz.

     The low dropout voltage regulator(LDO) supplies the regulated voltage for timing-controller(TCON) or driver ICs.

     The integrated 8-bit Vcom califrator is typically used for LCD Vcom driving; and the device also provides another independent OPAMP and a built-in gate pulse modulator(GPM).

     The supply monitor(voltage detector) generates a reset signal when the system is powered down.

     The ANX6652 includes the protection fucnitons for all internal switches and function blocks to protect all converters against all the output fault conditions.

     It is available in a thin 20-pin 4x4 mm WQFN green package with Halogen free and RoHS compliant.
