DESCRIPTION

     The ANX6503 is a high perfomance DC-DC converter with triple outputs to generate two positive voltage and one negative voltage. It’s designed to drive AMOLED(Active Matrix Organic Light emitting Dioe) displays.

     The device integrates a synchronous boost converter for ELVDD, an inverting buck-boost converter for ELVSS, and a synchronous boost converter for AVDD. With the input voltage range from 2.9V to 4.5V, the ANX6503 is suitable for single-cell battery operated products.

     The ANX6503 offers single-wire digital interface control pin (CTRL) to program the three output voltages in digital steps.

     The EN3 pin turns the boost converter for AVDD on or off. The CTRL pin turns the boost converter for OUT1(ELVDD) and the inverting buck-boost converter OUT2(ELVSS). The device is availiable in WQFN3x3-16L package.
