ANX7203

     The ANX7203 is a high voltage Level Shifter IC for TV and monitor thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal displays (LCD’s). It converts the logical signals from the timing controller(TCON) to high level signals to drive the TFT on the display panels.

The device provides 10 high voltage outputs which are switching from VGL to VGH with capacitive load up to 5nF. The 10 output includes CK1_LS~CK6_LS, STV1_LS, STV2_LS, and VGP1_LS, VGP2_LS. When the detected voltage on XAO pin is lower than the threshold, all outputs will be pulled high to VGH. It also provides the charge sharing function between clock outputs CK1~CK6. There are 3 selective output charge sharing mode which is choosen by SEL_CS pin.

     The ANX7203 also provides two types of TCON(timing controller) mode and three types of decouple mode for input clock control. The TCON mode is controlled by SEL_TCON pin and decouple mode is controlled by SEL_COUPLE pin

     The device is convinient to use. It is availiable in the WQFN4x4-32L package which reduces board size and make the PCB layout design easier.
