ANX6588

     The ANX6588 is a high perfomance DC-DC converter with dual synchronous output to generate a positive and negative voltage supply optimized for small to medium size thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal displays (LCD’s) and AMOLED panles.  It can also be used as a general ± 5V supply e.g. for OP-Amps.

     The device integrates a boost converter and an inverting buck-boost converter suitable for battery operated products. It works in a fixed switching frequency of 1.5MHz from light load to very heavy load.

     The ANX6588 offers internal soft-start to reduce inrush current. It also includes several protection functions for abnormal operation like thermal shutdown, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, under-voltage protection, and automotive turn-off discharge function.

     The ANX6588 is convinient to use and requires very few external components. It is availiable in WDFN-12L package which reduce board size and make FPC or PCB layout design easier.
